visiting soCal at end of May

hey guys and gals,

me and my Dad will be flying into Ontario to see my sister on May 28th and i was wondering what would be the cheapest/easiest way to get from Ontario to Hemet (ESE from Ontario)?

don't want to rent a car as we prob won't need it for any other reason than to get from the airport to her house

 

taxi ? airport shuttle? helicopter?

 

anyone from the left coast?

 

I am on the left coast just to far north.

If your sister cant pick you up, rent a car, cheep enough. You have to get back to the ariport too don't you?

 

I would rent a car, that would be hell of a drive from Ontario to Hemet. That would probably be your cheapest way too.

Ontario to Hemet isn't that far! I suggest to just rent a car because your out in the boondocks where there's not much pubic transportation...if you need directions, I can actually tell you since I have family living in Hemet and my parents live 15 minutes away from Ontario. There's a couple of ways to get to Hemet, all freeways and highways of course, it depends on when you will be in and what times of the day. Safe travels.

 

I would think a cab ride would probably run quite a bit. It's about a 50 mile drive. Renting a car would be a better choice. You can get one for about $25-35/day. It's a pretty straight-forward drive. Bring a GPS.

My sis was saying there is an airshow at the airport in Hemet this weekend. Their backyard faces the airport...should be sweet
