    I've been checking out the Mods for the Mossy 500 and now i wish i would have searched for the one with the Light forend. That thing pricey when bought seperatley

    Today fixed the headlight, again.. Fixed some other brackets and wiring. Cleaned under the hood. Got my firebird running strong. good day.

    I've been doing research on the Procomp coils and they are quoted to have a spring rate around 700lbs/inch

    Because of the valving in stock shocks for 500lbs/inch springs, installing 700lbs springs will cause you to have major pogo stick suspension characteristics. The ride will be just terrible

    Yeah. I always knew their springs were more... they get their lift from their springs. That's why the OME's are smoother but not as much lift. Hence why I needed the top plates.

    Guess we will pass on the coils for Colby then. Didn't even think about the valving on the stock shocks. :/
