The harmonic balancer of my 1GR FE V6 4.0 is shaking / vibrating.

I'm wondering if this has anything to do with
the drive shafts over stressing the crankshaft?

I'm weighing a few options and the major one is
having warranty cover it, or doing it myself.

If this is something related to the harsh ride TSB,
if the flexing of the rear leafs affected the transmission mount,
and kinetically interfered with the action of the crankshaft's motion
overstressing the harmonic balancer,( a reverse crank walk in theory).

No doubt I'll need to sleeve the harmonic balancer,
but I suspect the pulley itself, has separated from the dampening rubber.

New Harmonic Balancers are $200.00+ but Alloy pulleys are $160.00ish.

If I replace the harmonic balancer,
I'll also go in and replace all 4 idler pulleys and the tensioner.
(not to mention the HB timing cover's oil seal)

I guess I'll need to order a new OE since NST is the only fabricator of
alloy pulleys for the 1GR FE and they state special order (4 to 6 weeks)
A solid pulley would be the ideal resolution to the problem

If my HB core is good does anyone have suggestions for a rebuilder?
I'd like to have a spare if this is going to be a regular 40,000 mile occurance.

Does anyone have the size dimensions of the idler pulley bearings?
I could just order those instead of the whole idler.

Any comments are welcome since I'm only in the planning stages now.
I will need to resolve this though in the next week or so.

I would go with Factory crank pulley. If it failed (I doubt) you are special I have not heard anybody complaining about that thing failed.
I think idlers use 17MM bearings but dont quote me on this. However if you find just the bearing replacement please post it here I am interested too. I dont want to spent money on whole unit.

I've read half a doezen threads from various forums regarding front crank seal failure,, here are some highlights.

The scraps of rubber are from a serpentine belt, if you follow the link above the picture you would see where the HB has missing material.

The second picture is a harmonic balancer that has a groove starting because of it rubbing on the seal for the HB mounted in the timing cover.

My HB is rotating like a hula girl , and it's not sexy.

So I'm thinking it is the seal and the balancer.
I would not think a failed seal made failed balancers, but vice versa.

A HB dampens the flexing of the crankshaft and smooths the rotational mass out through various revolution speeds the crank snout is likened to an end of a whip the same reason toleraces are measured in the connecting rods, pistons and throws of the crankshaft, but harmonics are
what the affect the components have working together otherwise balancing toleraces would be sufficient.

I had the truck towed to the dealer late friday afternoon ,
and I get a call saturday that everything is OK the wobble is normal
    for the Crank Pulley .
I had them check a couple of other things like the ABS motor
and I asked about the DTRL lenses bubbling.

I don't have much experience with serpentine belts,
but I've never seen a pulley spin like that.
