Hi all - this is an amazing resource to find. I recently bought a '99 access cab and I'm really excited about it but don't know anything about trucks. With 175,000 miles it's in pretty good shape but I want to make sure that it is in the best condition possible. Any thoughts or on what trouble areas for this 1st gen Tacoma are or suggestions on what I should be aware of? Thanks!

Like any older vehicle, tune it up if it hasn't been done recently.
Belts, hoses, plugs, filters, oil, lube, etc.
