I just picked up a 2001 Tacoma Xtra Cab with 54k miles on it. Its a 4 cyl 5 speed and after a mild tune up I am getting 24.9 mpg on average. I changed the plugs ,tranny fluid, synthetic oil, K@N oil filter, K@N Air filter and the O2 sensor in front of the cat due to a check engine light. Is there anything else I can do to improve Mileage? Or am I where I should be? Love the truck so far it's absolutely perfect.

I'm getting 23 - 24 MPG Hwy (summer gas) with my 2.7 4x4 so if you're a 5 lug you should be able to get better
