Help Me, Whats My Truck Worth?

I have a 2007 speedway blue 4x4 double can sr5 sport long bed. The mileage is getting up there it has closeto 117,000. The body,paint interior i would rate an over all 7-7.5 on a 1-10 scale, 10 being the best. It`s in very good mechanical shape. Upgrade, 6" stage 1 procomp lift with bilstein 5100 up front and stainless steel brakelines /front prostop drilled/cross rotors and heavy duty pads. Nfab stainless steel nerf bars, smitybuilt grille save/bull bar with 3 Kchilites 6" offroad lites painted to match the truck. MBRP cat back dual exhaust, Jayson Rage lid with bedrug and an amp reserch bed extender. Inside husky floor liners, a pioneer double din dvd4300H.U. with front/rear Focal k2 power 6.5" component speakers and to Infinity Kappa 10" subs powered by Infinity Kappa Four and Kappa One amps. This is not my first moded truck, so I know I wont get alot out of all the upgrade, I just want to be fair and and get a fair price for it, because I know if I trade the dealer will kill me!! HAHA!!!! We love the truck we just need a better car/suv to get way better mpg and also to put my daughters 55" harp into instead of in the bed. Harps are not cheap!! Plus this will help My truck family once you see this you`ll understand why we need something smaller. Plus we homeschool and drive all over the place!! Input Please!!!

Anyways, guess you have to look at it this way, take the KBB value and then figure out what the value of all the mods are worth. Figure you're not going to get all of the money for the mods out of the truck, maybe half? So maybe if the truck KBB's at 16K and you put 8K of mods into it, I'm thinking 20K? IDK, could be kinda low, depends on how bad you want to sell it. Maybe look around if you can find any other comparable trucks in your region and what they are selling for. Good Luck!

Bluebook puts it at $13500-$16500, trade in $11500-$14000 I was always told mods like lift, larger tires take away from the value not add to it. Unless your buying from the stealership of course. Before I looked it up I was going to say $16,000.

 

YEAI hear ya on the harp thing!! She is almost 13 and she started the program about 21/2 years ago when she is through the program she get a degree and will be able to teach it, ect. Any she started with a little angle harp and now she had to move up to this size harp the last size is a peddle harp the are huge!!!!! And cost any from $12,000 up some even cost as much as $40,000. CRAZY!! I looked the blue book , but i know that like a guideline, I don`t put much stock in it. I think I have close to $8000 in extra's figured they are worth maybe $2000. I live in a area were they don`t sell the long beds , we went to alabama to buy, don`t know if thats a good or bad thing? I was looking at the ford dealer at a focas and the sales man laughed at me when I said I wasn`t going to trade it and that I was just going to see it off myself. He told me he really like it and would mind buying and asked me what I wanted for it and I said $17,000-$18000 and that when he laughed!!! I didnt think I was be funny , I will not go back to that dealer or sales men ever, he doesn`t know that .He calls me and emails me and i just string him along for the fun of it and to waste his time! I hate dealerships!!!! Thanks alot for the input!! If I got $20,000 that would be killer, and If I could get $18,000 for it would be happy!!!!!! Shoot we took out a 7 year lloan on on it because we have been stuck with 2 houses for almost 8 years now so I still owe like $13,500 on it. AGAIN THANKS!!!!!!
