No matter what position my blower is at, hot comes lightly out of the drivers side vent (e.g. high fan, heat, foot well only)

Is that normal? if so anything I can do besides close the vent?

That's how mine has always been, I just close the vent

All vehicles are going to have some positive air flow into the cab. But if is hot? Maybe a seal is going bad?

How often do you check your cabin air filter. I have figured out I need to clean mine about every 3-4 months.

Never, I've had the truck for like 33 miles. :D Washable airfilter is on my short list for when it's above 20º out.

same here, i can always feel a little air coming out of the vents, even when the blower is off. no biggie.

Turn the AC to recirculated air and you won't feel anything.

    2013 here....same deal

some air (not much) out upper vents when selector is in position 'any'

it is not a clean room vent system, it is lightly fitting plastic
parts with foam gaskets....some will seal better than others but overall this
is normal. If you think the breeze is too strong, check at least 2 others at the
dealership, and then have them fix it (take apart dash, replace loose foam)
