    Hey Guys!

My name is Josh, and this is my brand new 2013 Taco! It's my first brand new car, and my first truck, and I gotta say I have never been happier with a purchase! This truck rocks! It's a Double Cab, 4x4, SR5 in magnetic grey, and it's everything I thought it would be and more. (Pics are from the night I picked it up and the day after.)

I read A TON on this forum before purchasing, and have probably read 2x that since purchasing. I find myself somewhat overwhelmed with the bevy of information on this site, but day by day I am piecing things together. So far, everyone on here seems to be very nice and helpful, and just generally good people, interested in having fun with their tacos and helping others do so as well.

Needless to say, I have planned a ton of projects for this bad boy, so look out for a build thread. I hope to craft a masterpiece of a vehicle out of this already noteworthy truck, and will probably be documenting that process heavily. I have already visited George @ SWAT Customs up in Fremont (mentioned the love you guys give him on this site too) and I am excited about the knowledge he brings to the table with respect to these vehicles.

I would also definitely be interested in getting involved with some meetups, if there are any happening in the Bay Area. I am located in Santa Clara, so anyone in the area, give me a shout!

    -Josh-

PS: I stumbled upon the thread about Jay, and read through the tragic news. My condolences to his family and friends. RIP Jay, even though I didn't know you myself.

I know what you mean. I've had it less than a month and I have already been boarding twice. Love this machine.
