    Hey guys,

Dont hate me if this is a repost, i swear i used the search and everything. Maybe im just stupid, but i couldnt figure it out.

What i am looking to do is get new wheels for tires i already have.
I currently have BFG Mud Terrain KM2. They are 265/70/17.
I am running these on my stock TRD Sport 17' wheels.
    **NOTE: i have no lift**

Now....I want to know what size wheel i should be looking for to fit these tires, with the correct bolt pattern, backspacing, and so on. I just want to make sure everything fits with no issues. The reason im not just looking at the same size wheels as stock, is because i want to achieve some more width. I would like my tires to stick out around 1.5" beyong my fenders.

Soo...anyone know what size wheels i should be looking for to get this done? All help is appreciated!!!

    Those are your problems.
Without a lift pushing the tires out farther will make them rub (and even with a lift sometimes).

There are a lot of tire experts on here that will be able to give you some specifics. You will most likely be looking at some off-set and backspacing numbers. The only thing I would like to point out is that you should be careful how far your tires stick out past the fenders. I recall someone posting once before about getting a ticket for the tires sticking out past the fenders, and if memory serves, they were in California.

i don't mind cops. I also dnt mind trimming a little plastic. I just want to make sure there wont be fitment problems with my calipers or any other mechanical problems. An inch of stick would even be okay. Just want something to look a little beefier. I dont want spacers.

4.5 backspacing and -12 offset will push you to approx 1.5" out from stock

Mechanical issues? If you get at least a 17" wheel to clear the caliper and aside from the issues that arise from no lift and pushing the wheels out sure... no mechanical issues

Well the main one is that the edges of the tire are going to have a different angle to the wheel wells... You will likely rub when turning near full lock because the edge of the tire will be closer to the innermost portion of the wheel well. Don't take that as gospel though. I haven't tested it out myself, I am just saying to not be surprised if that happens.
