I do not understand how they are denying to do the work. The dealership gets paid to do it. Unless they are encouraged to limit just doing it because. I said my truck didn't handle like my last truck and that I thought it was just me until I found the TSB. The service manager thanked me and was almost bragging about it being easy money for him to do the TSB.

 

I just got off the phone with Donna at corporate. She opened a case for me and will contact the local dealer I went to, but she gave me the same runaround they gave me.
