Flowmaster exhaust, 3 inch suspension lift, k&n cold air intake, diamond eye straight pipe exhaust, rancho suspension,

Recently bought pacesetter performance headers for my 1996 2.7 4banger, I'm hoping for a simple installation straight to the stock CAT, anyone know if there is gonna be some creative fabrication required?
