Need help with my lighter

Step tubes, Access cover, Line-X box liner

Hi, I just joined today. I have a 2001 Tacoma double cab 4x4 deluxe. Runs good, just had the timing belt and water pump replaced. The issue I'm having right now is I had a phone charger plugged into the cigarette lighter and when I pulled out the plug, along came the guts of the outlet, basically the lighter unplugged from the wires and the whole sleeve came out with the charger. Anybody have any ideas how I can get behind that facade to get to ther lighter?
