1998 Tacoma V6. All of a sudden when going up hill or when the engine is cold, there is hesitation like an out of time condition. On a Flat grade, no problem, downhill no problem, standing still out of gear reving engine sounds fine. No apparent miss fire. I'm guessing but used to be, way back in the day, there was a vacuum advance of some sort (Really dating myself here). Now its probably some electrical gadget. Any ideas?
