Toyota Tacoma Factory Security System Questions!

Well, I had 2 JL Audio w6v2's and amp stolen out of my roommates truck. The system was mine that I let him use in the mean time until I could get it sold to get some shallow subs in my taco.. Anyway- His truck was broken into last night at the STL Supercross. These trucks were literally right next to the motor homes. They broke into about 6-7+ trucks on the street taking EVERYTHING in their path. They then went store to store buying candy bars and withdrawing as much as they could with cashback.

My question:
My truck has stickers on the windows PermaVin Security Systems. If my trucks window is to be broken into, will this set the alarm off? As far a window being shattered while the truck is locked.
I've done some digging in the search threads but keep coming up empty.
