what do you say to Toyota bashers?

I traded in my neon SRT-4 for this truck so I'm no noob when it comes to trash talk lol. I always got "it's still a pos neon" even after my pos neon put 2 bus lengths on their mustang,SRT-8, or camaro. But as far as trucks I always owned dodge, and that trans issue has been the only thing holding them back from being the leader in trucks, especially with that cummins power plant lol. I have always thought highly of Toyota even the 80's models with that 22r motor that was the best thing since the inline six 258? I absolutely love my tacoma and can honestly say while I love dodge......this is the ultimate truck.

 

I couldn't agree more. My Girl loves big lifted trucks, she knows I'm doing and OME 3" but she says the truck is a "PUSSY TRUCK" get a big Dodge ram and lift it real high. People are stupid that judge small lifted trucks that have brodozers and massive lifts that crawl malls. If some one shits on my little Tacoma I just let them say all they want because I know in my mind I made a good decision. Hell I went to a Toyota Dealer and bought a 10 year old truck only looked at the frame and paid for it. Go do that with a Chevy, Dodge or Ford......Wait never-mind they dot have trucks on the lot that old. The way I see it Toyota's old their value so well, hell my 10 year old truck was $16,500 never mind TTR and other fee's I had no issue paying this because this truck is investment, hell i beat on the thing (Is there such thing as beating on a Tacoma?) but it never lets me down like all my friends trucks. They always have something that brakes or their fixing something.

 

My girl has a SRT-4 2004 yea it is still a neon and it has it's quirks but still a Neon but a fast one at that and the 3rd gear syncros fuck that. good thing she doesnt drive fast. Tranny only fucks up when I drive LOL. But for the price of that car when It came out was a bargain

You know your right, a 0-60 time 1 sec slower than a viper and the fastest car under 20k STILL and they stopped making them in 05. That's not fast at all.
