Hello from Western Illinois - where Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa meet at the Mississippi River. Just bought a 2011 Tacoma Regular Cab (with power nothing - the way I wanted it) with 20K miles. I've been thinking about a Tacoma for a long time and finally pulled the trigger last Saturday. I am looking for specific information for my Tacoma. I'm going to post these questions so that I can get some directions from the old hands because my "searches" have not been helpful so far. I did find a great idea for putting a hose clamp on the tailgate hinge to prevent casual theft.

    • Does anybody make a manual lock for the tailgate that can be keyed to match the door/ignition key?
    • What is the "best" value for a tonneau cover? Price versus features.
    • Has anybody installed the Dee Zee wheel well tool box?
    • Is there a brand of bed "accessories" that can use the existing track system?
Any help pointing me towards the threads or posters that can help me answer these questions will be greatly appreciated.
