Alright so im new here and i think i posted in the wrong section before so ill try this again.

As of now i do not own a tacoma, but im working on it!
I just need some tips on maybe where to look online!
im still in college and do not having a lot of money right now but im trying to sell my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 and put that money towards a tacoma!

the truck will mostly be driven on the streets but I definitely will be hitting the trails when i get one. so just wondering what truck would be best and with what package?? and what websites should I be looking at?

I found this truck close to me and I absolutely love it! but at $18,990 its a little out of my range. what do you guys think about it?

so it all depends on what your main purpose is for the truck... if u want it to last through marriage and kids.. I would get a 4 door.. as far as packages go.. I went with sr5.. I didn't need the trd frills and the price that goes with them. I went with a prerunner cause I didn't need 4x4 ( if I had 4x4 I would be more inclined to do stupid stuff that would mess it up) however that's just me personally.. I would go with an older (2gen)Tacoma to knock down the price a little.. but you will still want to check it over very well and look at rear leaf springs for sagging.. if you can swing the money I would suggest getting a BAJA.. Tacoma I know they aren't too popular cause of price but for a wheeling ready Tacoma.. its ready to go..just slowly shop around asking on here is a good start
