Weathertech digitals front and rear, TRD exhaust, Coverking dash mat, Oem Tacoma bedmat, Better Built tool box, bed extender, Toytec 1 1/2" AAL, Bilsteins front and rears, fronts set at .85, K&N filter, aluminum skid plate, EGR vent shades, locking tailgate handle, TRD emblems, Cal Trend seat covers front and back.
I have just installed a toytec 1 1/2" AAL and will soon install 5100's all around with toytec/eibach coilovers, at what setting should the front Bilsteins be set at and what kind of rake would I be looking at? Thanks to all input from the forum suspension experts.

How much lift did you get from stock in the back?

I think it says on the Toytec website that you should not exceed the "C" (.85") setting on the shocks with the Eibach springs.

Does you 2012 have the 3 leaf or 4 leaf pack in the rear? If you have the 4 leaf pack (should be 5 leafs now with the AAL) you may want to set the billies for the .85 setting to be pretty close to level. If not you may want to set it to 0. I'm not 100% on this though.

yeah I do have 5 leaf springs now after the AAL, what I' afraid is that that look will give me a sagging look, what do you think. I was thinking about the .85 setting which according to toytec is the max with the eibach coilovers, anything above .85 would severely shorten the 5100's life. The .85 setting would give a lift of just under 2.5" according to Toytec. My problem is trying to decide if I want a factory rake with the setting at 0 or the lift with the 5100's set at .85, advice as to which would look the best please. Thanks to everyones input, I really appreciated.

This is mine with factory coils set at .85 on 5100's with the TSB leaf pack and a 1.5" aal in the rear (so same as you in the rear). Bottom is after I added 886 OME coils set at 0 on the 5100's. 886's are supposed to provide about 0.4 more inches of lift than the Eibachs. I had a slight bro lean after.

Sounds like you would rather have some rake than bro lean though so maybe you should play it safe and set it for 0. Especially if the leafpack starts to sag over time.

you know after looking at your .85 setting with eibachs, I think I'll go that way, I think that looks good, I like it. I like the OME's better but I already have the eibachs, so I'll go with the eibach's set at .85. That was a big help thanks alot dude, I really appreciate your help, thanks for the photos, that really helped to finally make up my mind as to the setting. Also thanks to all that helped out, appreciate it. Great forum
