I prefer the Wet Okole fabric texture and layer of foam padding. IMO it resembles the fabric used in VWs and other European cars.

Difficult to answer. I've not seen a pic yet where okoles cheapen the look of the cabin, nor heard anyone say that. My issue was spending the money. I'm the guy who customarily stops by autozone and gets a cheap set of covers and moves along. The price was steep for my okoles, but well worth the money. Look, feel, and functionality cannot be beat. My wife thought I was crazy till she saw them installed and then quickly changed her mind. Look at all the options to find one right for your taste. Mine was simple black and charcoal lettering.

I wouldnt say they cheapen the looks if you take into account they are covers. If you compare them to the look of the seat then of course they look cheap. The big thing is they are way overpriced for what they are. Simply they are not worth it. I just recovered my corvette seats with stiched leather for less.

I got the TRD seat covers from the dealer when I bought my taco. And they were absolute garbage! Fitment was terrible and the covers for the headrests didnt even fit. I jumped on a wet okole GB as soon as I could and couldnt be happier. These seat covers are the best I have every seen or owned. And I really dont think you gonna find a place to re-cover your front & rear seats for the price of these covers.

Have you looked into GT Seat Covers?

    http://www.gtcovers.com/seat-covers/toyota-tacoma-seat-covers.html

I've used them in several trucks over the last 10 years and they hold up well. Whenever they get dirty I just throw them in the washing machine and then the dryer. The people that ride in my truck don't even realize they are sitting on seat covers because they feel and look like they came from the factory.

Right now they are running a 10% discount if you get both rows.
