That's a saying? I can't remember the last time I saw a caravan of jeeps where one wasn't broken down on the side of the road.

    Because it wasn't a Toyota.

I just saw that there's a san diego run on the 13th, and I notice that Jeff didn't tell me about it, cause he's gotta go to graduation like a grown up. Bah!

Since this is my first run (and first two weeks really paying attention to the boards) I don't know how often there are socal tacoma runs. At least once a month, I hope?

Also, hasn't Magic Mountain been closing for years? And they keep building new roller coasters? I mean, in the event that the rumors are true I highly advise any AZ members to come out and get sidetracked by a trail run, but where do these rumors come from? Damn wikipedia.

You are absolutely correct. When the housing market was at its peak, the land was worth more than the park. They were considering selling the park. Now the marked has crashed they are investing in building new coasters.

I live down the street and I know several people who work there.

It should last a few hours. Id say 3 to 4. But if you are then and decide you need to leave early then you could just head back. Its easy.

Oh yah, thats the CB i got. Just to let you know - it does NOT come with a car adapter. It assumes that youre gonna hardwire it to the truck. SO i went to radio shack and bought an adaptor for like, $8 and attached the black/red to that and was set to go. I dont plan on hardwiring mine cause i'll only use it when we do things like this
