Good Price on a 2012 xtra cab?

Thanks to all the members out there for the information on this forum. I'm looking at a black 2012 Tacoma Access Cab with TRD Off Road Package, 4x4, 13K miles, manual transmission, sliding rear glass window. Looks to be in excellent condition and doesn't have any other mods. This is in CA.

What do you guys think is a fair price for this truck?

Anybody bought something similar to this recently?

 

I would say 27k seems fair

 

I have the same truck with tow package. Paid 28,700 new.

2K off because of the miles? Offer 26 if now tow package.
