    Greetings all,

I am a new member, and as of now, do not own a Tacoma. I am heading back from Trashcanistan in a few weeks and have all that tax-free income to burn.

I currently have an 04 Grand Cherokee Overland that gets about 12mpg, and is starting to have those domestic "more than 100k miles" problems. Wife says it has to go, so I have decided on a Tacoma. I know they don't get amazing mileage, but it is the best compromise I can come up with. Besides, I think they are cool trucks.

I am currently looking at a '11 Tacoma TX-Pro with about 28k miles. As far as I can tell, all that has been done over stock is a dealer installed TRD supercharger.

Can anyone tell me what to look out for as I am shopping for a Tacoma? Pitfalls, maint issues, common wear and tear, etc. I am not looking to mod it much more than it already is. It will be kind of a daily driver, weekend warrior for me. Nothing crazy.

Is the TX-Pro that much better than a TRD Sport?

    Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks, and look forward to reading your responses.

    ~Orjunkie.
