19 DBL CAB SHORT BED TRD OFF ROAD

I am about to jump on a iron man lift and some Method double standards. I have 265/75/16 BFG AT's on my truck right now that are only a couple months old. My question is with this setup could i just switch the tires over to the new wheels? Would they be to small? Any help with this would be great! Thanks
