The lurch while stopped

My new 2013 lurches forward after I have been braked at a stop for a minute or so. When I stop at a red light after a short time the RPMs will increase about a 100-150 causing the truck to feel as if it wants to move forward. The first couple of times it happened I thought the person behind me had bumped me. Anybody else experience this?

 

With the RPM increasing that shows that the A/C is kicking on...

Ensure A/C and defrost are off and see if it still does it.

 

My 2012 does the same thing, from what I have read it fairly common too. After putting 20k on my truck I hardly notice it anymore.

 

Mine does a small lunch when the AC kicks on also. Common occurrence all the way back to the 05s.

 

Mine does it to. Doesnt bother me much anymore.

 

My '11 does it as well. Every time it happens I think I was just lightly rear ended.
