Thought I would chime in since I had same issue same truck, with stock tires.
I had the exact same issue with my 08 db cab. 50k miles, had dealership do alignment, then had them redo it. The third time they sent it out to an alignment shop locally:confused:. Never got that alignment straight . I figured it was do to a wreck to the front left from the previous owner. ended up tradin that sumbitch back in:p. now im in my new taco:D.

Yea. Alignment specs for lifted trucks is different than for stock trucks which makes his statement hard to swallow.

Let us know what you find. I am also curious about the numbers. Now that we have to potential of bad tires being the cause eliminated, we can get back to the basics. Make sure you get all of the numbers, including SAI angle, and thrust angle.

Everyone pays too much attention to camber and completely ignore caster. But caster has a huge effect on pulling to left or right. The car will pull to the side that has the least positive caster. You have to have more positive caster on the right to compensate for road crown.

I disagree with your idea on adjusting caster, though you are correct in how caster affects a vehicle. I do not want a different caster from one side to the other. Excessive variation of caster will cause steering effort to be different, and return-to-center to vary. Always set left and right caster to as near identical as possible. It is not proper alignment technique to try and off set road crown, because not all roads have a right crown. Many 4 lane highways have off-set crown. If you were to align in that method, then when you went into the left lane your vehicle would be pulling harder to the left, and greater effort would be required to compensate. Always set alignment to true. anything other than that is doing a disservice to the customer. A properly aligned vehicle should travel straight, with no excessive effort on a flat road. If there is concern for road crown by a customer, I explain to them that any deviation from a true alignment can cause them other problems. Never had a customer complain about my alignments, or explanations.

Deff get the printout from last time (or your next one). I have the same lift as you do including UCAs and my alignment is great. Caster at 2.4 both sides and camber and toe at 0 degrees.
