CLASS ACTION SUIT

last week i received a card in the mail regarding a class action involving the sudden and unexpected acceleration situation. we all know that was a bunch of bull shit. anyway, when i went on the website to register as a member of the class, it was telling me to take my truck to the dealer to have a brake override system installed. anyone out there had a similar experience?

 

got the card for my Taco and Wife's RAV4.

So why'd you log on to register as a member of the class?

 

Lawyers trying to make money.

 

I could see if your vehicle was involved and had acceleration issues/accident etc. But if you didn't then being apart of the class action lawsuit would be pointless. Someone is just trying to get money, and it won't be you getting the money.

Toyota already settled. The lawyers are going to get paid. If you don't make your claim, the lawyers will get that, too. Toyota won't get to keep it.

I filed it out - according to that website, it's worth about 150 dollars to me.

If you really don't want the money, fill out the form and send it to me. I'll put it to better use than the lawyers will.

 

Think I'll let the lawyer have it, say he got 5 million, I don't care if he has $5,000,150 now, life is too short to chase vague things like that.
