    Bronze clutch pedal bushing,
1st post. Found this place researching suspension for my white, 99 xtracab, 3.4, 5speed, 4x4. I looked for the right truck for 2 years only to have them sold before I could call. In 2008 I found one in NY, bought it site unseen, had it put on a train to Fla. Seller was honest, had its dent and dings, service engine light on, rusted underbody/frame, but the price was right. I spend more time on boats than vehicles. I needed a truck I could get in and not worry about getting scales, blood, and bait everywhere.

Fast forward 5 years, it has become my daily driver, finally decided to start fixing it up a little. Started researching and ended up here. Now I gotta get it into a dealership to have the frame checked out. Never heard about the rust issues, I can tell you 90% of the boat motor problems for the last 10 years, but never give much attention to vehicles. Either way I have the itch to buy a newer truck. Looking at a 2004 with same options I have now. Found one but think it will be sold before I can go take a look. So the search starts again.

Once again- this place sucks. Come here looking for advice on what to spend a few bucks on and end up truck shopping again. Only this time, I have a lot of must do mods I learned here.

Welcome from Ohio. I feel your pain, this site has started costing me plenty of money as well.

If you read it in a condescending tone, he's not being sarcastic. Then again I have a hard time picking up on sarcasm.

    Bronze clutch pedal bushing,
Just to clear things up- Sarcasm. I am not bothered by the rusted frame, just the search for another one. From my searching and killing time on here, this seems like an excellent site, the right mix of detailed info and BS.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
