So I noticed that I was missing one of my bumper caps today, went around looking online for a part number and came up with this.

The part # is 51999-04030 (Cap, Receiver Hitch)

This is the little cap on your bumper in front of your license plate.

    Shown in the picture below:
    IMAG0122.jpg

This is the best price I found for these, ordered the one i was missing for $8.90 shipped to my door.
All other places I looked online wanted $6-8 for the part plus $15.50 shipping, that's flipping outrageous!

Just thought i'd share this with my fellow TW members who may have lost their caps, too!

Here's the link to the part --> http://www.oemtoyotascionparts.com/51999-04030

    Hope I helped! :D

Failed title.. just ignore that. haha

What about picking up from local dealership and saving the shipping cost?

Well, read some forums on another website and the dealers wanted $12 for one cap. Didn't check on that, wasn't really sweating the $2 shipping ;)

I thought someone was sealing my hitch covers. Turns out that the automatic carwash was pulling them out. If you use an auto carwarsh, that could be the culprit.

most dealers will match prices, esp oemtoyotascionparts.com, and just pick it up when convenient or at dealer, i wouldn't go out of the way to save $3 cause it'll prob cost me more than that in gas
