Just replaced my rear/front brakes; everything went well untill I was finishing up with adjusting the parking brake. I was able to get one wheel to work perfect... the other not so much. There seems to be no "in between" if I turn the gear shaped spindle one way it gets too tight and the tire wont move when I put it in 1st... if I go the other way it is too loose and wont hold the tire when the ebrake is applied. Any thoughts?

take the self adjuster apart and clean, maybe rusted up. I had 2 rusted on my old chevy 4wd, one I could get apart and clean and lube the other was rusted solid, had to replace. I hate rear drum brakes, don't do them enough to get good at it. drum may be wore out, and are you sure you installed properly. I always do one side at a time and use other side for reference but they are reversed from one side to the other.
