05-11 Turn Signal On At All Times?

Was wondering if anybody here knows how to wire the turn signals/DRL's in our 05-11 tacomas to be on all the time, including when the headlights are on? My turn signals are DRL's right now and they turn off when the headlights are turned on, and I want to keep them on with my headlights, just like the 12+ models are. Anybody know how to wire them to still maintain their DRL and turn signal purpose, but also be on with the headlights?

 

on my 13 there on all the time if I set it to be on the stock but when I turn my headlights on they stay on but dim down a little bit, I tried doing it on my 11 I had but couldnt figure it out...

 

has anyone else been able to achieve this?
