I have a 2006 Dbl Cab prerunner that I bought 2 years ago. I had planned on lifting and do some other customizing. Well she now sits near 107,000 miles. Should I continue my plan to lift her or just leave her go and drive her till she falls apart????? My main concern with lifting it this far in the game is what parts will I encounter that will need to be replaced on top of the lift itself????? Thanks in advance.

If you really want a lift go for it. On the front there isn't too much to go wrong when you tear into it. You would probably want new shocks soon anyway. The rears just depends on what type of lift you would want. But again there isn't too much in the way of breaking or falling apart due to removing it. Some bolts will be harder to get out. Possibly the rear leaf u bolts may be rusted up pretty bad and not be able to get the nut off. You can replace them for a reasonable price.

107,000 isnt a lot of miles for a toyota so that shouldnt be the deciding factor. Go for the lift.

so yeah as long as your cool with slightly less mpg's lift away...also don't watch the needle drop while driving thats dangerous haha, and as for the lift, as long as you make sure your driveline angles are correct you wont have any vibrations, look into and read forums about carrier bearing drops and axel shims!

The lift itself wont hurt your mpg at all, its the heavier/bigger tires that will.
As for mileage, pshhhhh. If anything its more of a reason to do the lift so you can replace those worn out suspension components!

I'm going to research some coilover lifts and the drive shaft angles so I can get it done right. My daughter will be driving in 3 years and wants the truck already can only imagine she'll want it more when its lifted.

If you're gonna do it, definitely do it right.
