My 2013 is black but has the matte black fender flares and bumper with a grey grill

Anyway, what I want to do is make them gloss black to match the truck, right now the fenders look more grey against the black paint and I am assuming they will only fade more over time. Has anyone rattle caned their flares or bumpers black? Is it worth doing? Or should I just let it be?

    thanks.

I'd leave it alone, unless you take it to a body shop that can color match it exactly. Rattle can no, the trucks new.

I spray canned my grill super white and it turned out well. Wouldn't do it on my flares though. Try to find some? Or get yours painted. You can buy a color matched grill from a vendor on this site I believe.

if it gets dull over time, give it a once over with a heat gun (not too much). it will clear it right up

My 08 rugged trail came with flat black fender flares. I use aerospace 303 and they have held up great. Not dull at all.
