Noticed the other day when making a hard right turn from a stop, a slight clunk in the drivers side front wheel area. Yesterday when traveling down a back road and coming to a bumpy stop i noticed a repetitive clunking noise from the same area. A few other times, mostly after a right turn i have heard this clunk. Looking for suggestions as to where to start sourcing the problem here...thanks folks!!!

took me 10 minutes to read through. Shit that was tough. I had a clunk similar to that and it turned out to be a loose LCA bolt. If you can get down there and check some bolts, even if that's not it always a good thing to do.

Sway bar hitting the coil, are you lifted? If so you need a sway bar relocation kit from ToyTec

I've had the same "clunk/clank" for about 3 years now. . . Nothing has broken off, and I hardly notice it anymore.

Do you notice it only on the driver's side? Initially I thought it was something in a storage compartment but I'm pretty sure that's a no!

Yes, only the drivers side front wheel area. Some say it's the brake pads, some say the LCA, some say the rear shock. . . Idk. I have given up on it. It's not hurting anything, so I'm going to let it be,.

Alrighty...found my noise...and it is no where near the front end lol. It's a broken center leaf on my drivers side slamming against the hanger towards the front. Small sigh of relief there, but now I'm on the hunt for a fix. Eventually a new pack in the rear would be ideal for both sides since i want to lift it in the future...any suggestions there? Just wanted to let ya'll know what the "clunk" turned out to be!

I read this post to figure out something (i think a clunk) then some chick dancing threw me off and then she started arguing with ron paul and now I am totally lost but I might need to get a relocation kit from ron paul while some chick dances in a toytec comercial, am I right??
