I do a lot of trail riding and am swayed by the A-Trac and side airbags. Also my 08 is pretty damn clean for being an 08 and I feel I have to be extra uber careful not to scratch the paint when on trails. I guess I treated it like a lifted show car instead of an actual truck. I dont even use the bed because im scuuurrrred to scratch the bed plastic lol


edit... looks like their "Complimentary" 100k warranty does cover powertrain

im in a military city , in the local area people want 37k OTD on a 2013 DCSB OR 4x4 truck , a couple of hours away the next cheapest is 32-33k OTD .

As far as the local market goes im looking at 32-27k new and about 25-27k for a decent used truck .

So if i take them for 27 OTD on the truck I think its a fair dail , then i get 3k on my truck after trade in to move towards the other 2011 ... just a theory right now since its 50/50

 

Wonder why it went from dealership to dealership to dealership to.....

 

already planning on looking at the warranty carefully , not to sure if it was an 11B , look at the carfax it hasnt been near any military cities I can recognize

the first owner but about 30k on it in the first 1.5 years , by the carfax it looks like he traveled to VA to CA and to VA once or twice

 

On the carfax if you scroll down it seems that it was passed amongst quite a few car dealerships.

First owner was "commercial" use. Who knows how many different drivers and what kind of service it had (no oil changes shown first 13K miles).

If it was my money, I would keep on looking...

Used for work. Hauling, loading, towing, getting into those places those other trucks couldn't get to...delivering wedding cakes, plants, cement blocks, wood, cows, screaming brats.

 

Wouldnt buy that sucker for 20k. That thing has demons. 40k miles and that carfax does not look good. Keep your eyes open for something better

 

This, I had to drive to Fredericksburg, VA do get a deal on my Wife's Murano.

it had oil changes every 5k , i looked it up from toyotas records and after the first oil change it was Synthetic. From toyotas website that truck was kept up to date maintenance wise. I think everyone so far has been right though the Commercial Owner and High Mileage for being 2 years old is a bit much .... Then 100k powertrain warranty wont do me too much good at this point

 

Is this a joke? RUN! My brand new MGM '13 TRD sport double cab 4x4 with jbl/entune/navi everything was 32 with 0 miles 0 scratches, 0 defects and a new warrantly.

Why in gods name would you take a former fleet/commercial vehicle with 20k+ miles per year on it with defects and scratches and less features and...................................................................................................................................................................................................... other reasons for 26+taxes and fees?

 

Good call.. if it was 20k it'd be worth considering, but based on too many concerns.. 26 is a walk away number.

 

I'll sell you MY 4wd Access cab for 25,000. 2010 with 12k miles, extended warranty to 7 years, 75k. I'll even include the devil horns and original wheels. But I'm keeping the hook.
