Interestingly, I can see my rpms rise a little when I move the steering wheel at a standstill, too.

I'll have the dealer check it out when I take it in for its first oil change.

Is it safe to say Toyota has no fix for this? This issue is really bothering me, we have spent a fair amount of money on this truck and I am to accept this.

    2013 4x4 DBL Cab 4.0L Auto with 1,500 miles
    Issues so far
    Surge at stop
    Whistle while driving
    Leather Wheel rap
Chirp noise when I go over small bumps

This is my first Toyota and I really like it. I just hope I can get these resolved

    Just a quick update.
    Took it into dealer.
Surge - Normal - multiple reasons, after reading up on it here I'm OK with it.
    Whistle - Parts on order
Leather Wheel issue - Parts on order (I think new wheel)
Chirp - Dealer can't find it - I will track it down.

This site has been a great resource. Thank you.
I don't think my wife is going to like all the new plans I have for us (my truck and I)

    Brian
