back bumper decision..

    im just about to get a rear bumper on my 2012 dbc taco.. And i need help decidin what to get ? also have a 3 inch lift . any ideas?

    Perkins Performance Sliders, Warn 9000, Brute Force Fab front & rear bumper, OME/Dakar lift, full ATO skids and hi-lift mount, satoshi, Wet Okoles, illuminated 4x4 switch, Diff Breather.
    You might first want to decide whether or not you prefer a high clearance bumper (which requires some cutting of your bedside), whether you would like a swing-out for spare tire or other gear and if you have any requirements as far as timelines.

    All of those vendors mentioned above put out a quality product. I have BruteForce on mine personally.

    my deciding factor was which hitch I believed was the strongest. I would have preferred a high-clearance bumper, but I probably tow just as much as I offroad. I went All Pro

    also it has to be strong to sustain a rear end accident .. thats why im gettin a replacement lol..

    Any of them will build you a HC one with no swingout except all pro (they just don't offer HC bumpers)

    ...and any of the above mentioned bumpers will have a 1000x better chance of avoiding damage in a rear end collision than a stock bumper. They aren't made of titanium, but they all mount solidly to your frame.

    Also All-Pro does not have a high clearance bumper but they do have side plates on their bumper that provide some additional high clearance protection. Just a thought.
