If anybody is a lawyer/arbitrator on here please to god help me out here!!! My arbitration is June 15 but I want to get everything set and down and rehearsed so when I go in to the arbitrator i have a strong case and I'm a sure win.
It's a lemon law case and if you're an arbitrator/lawyer I just want to know what you look for in a winning case, evidence quality, and presentation for a winning case.
PM ME for more details!!!
ASAP!!! Please!

Interesting reading. Didn't know dealerships had to "initiate the law process to the consumer once a reasonable number of attempts to repair the defective vehicle has failed. Hope things turn out well. I would hate to be in the same position.
