So i was doing the Cig Lighter constant on mod, and noticed i have two plugs behind the blanks... What do they go to.. I have a 2007 Toyota Tacoma quadcab 4.0... Does one go for possible Foglights because that would be amazing! lol..

The upper left blank is where your fog light plug would be. But, just because you have a harness there, doesn't mean you have the rest of the wiring required to make it happen. Check where the fog lights would go and see if you have wiring behind the bumper inserts and also make sure the relay is in the underhood fuse panel.
