Went to leave for work this morning, 5AM, No headlights. I have a plug in HID kit where I have had a bulb go here or there but never both at the same time. I have done the fog lights on anytime mod as well and my fogs work, tailights work, just no headlights. I have a 25A inline on my HID's that is good, the (4) 10A fuses are all good as well. Searched and found one post that claimed it could be a bad switch (I'm really hoping not becuase I cant go another day with no lights, 70mile drive on fogs). Is there possibly another relay? going to double check the pigtail at lunch with a regular bulb.

No high or low beams? Keep in mind, when you do a plug and play HID kit using the supplied harness, only 2 of the 4 headlight fuses are actually doing anything and the power is being drawn through the 25A fuse attached to the battery. Swap the 10A headlight fuses with the ones from the other side (Swap the RH headlight fuses with LH headlight fuses) and see if that works. If not, swap the 25A power fuse. Fuses can look OK but still be blown. Test them by swapping them with a known good fuse or a test light to make sure you have power getting through. Plugging a normal bulb back into the stock wiring would help you eliminate your stock wiring and fuses as the culprit.

A few more details would help, what brand, how do you have it wired?

My Slimcubby kit does not have that. I have 2 bulb headlights.

OP needs to post more details.

Would this kill both headlights at the same time though?"

Start with the simple stuff first, check all your fuses, make sure there is power going through them. If you have stock bulbs, plug them into the stock wiring, if they work, that will immediately point to the HID harness. If they don't work, then it will point to the truck's wiring.

If it's the HID wiring, check your fuse, then the ground, make sure it is making good contact, isn't corroded, etc.

All fixed, Similar issue to PSU Taco. One of the pins in the slim connection was corroded right off. Had a spare harness from an earlier kit. All fixed in 15 Min.

    Thank you All!
