What I plan to get in CA. What you guys think?

Folks,

I have few scratches, but nearly new 2012 Tacoma with 2000 miles on it. One caused when I was at the movies in Los Angeles .

The truck is a base cab 2.7 Tacoma Regular Cab, 5 Speed Manual.

Anyways, I have done a lot of research lately, and Here's what I'm going to get.

Can't really make up my mind on the Cold air intake?
I think the AFE Stage II for the 2.7 is what I'm leaning towards.

However, I also wanted to consider Volant Intake, with that air scoop. From the previous posts though, I keep hearing though that is a troublesome config with burining rich.

Also wanted to get Aero AT 2525 Muff.

Keep in Mind I'm in CA.
