TRD exhaust vs others?

Are there any percs of buying the TRD exhaust opposed to others? (magnaflow, borla, etc..) I don't know anything about exhaust systems so I guess I gotta do some homework.

I have the 4.0 and I'm looking for a throatier sound...I definitely want it to be loud when I step on it. Not sure if I want dualies or just the single tip still. Let me know what you guys think, thanks!

 

It is louder than stock for sure. The loudest complete setup (catback) I have had was the Banks.
Both are quality, don't expect any real HP gains but it will sound faster
I am sure there are muffler alone replacements that require cutting out and swapping muffs but I never did any of those.
