I just bought new Gates pulleys and a Gates belt from Rock Auto. They seem to be generally liked so I figured I'd give them a shot.

I use the OEM toyota brand, they seem not to crack like some of the aftermarket ones, but the Gates brand pulleys seem to hold up well.

    +1

OEM was good for the first 100k, why would it not be good for another?

Prior owner blew an OEM out actually around 65k already, think its another OEM on there now, but it's showing wear and I'm changing it soon, hence the inquiry.....

I've been running the gates belt for the last 25k miles, not much but seems good so far and I hear good things about them.
