    I know the codes:

    P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
    P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
    P0306 Cylinder 6 Misfire Detected
    P0351 Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

I don't know the best approach.
I'm purity sure its a water issue, or that’s what started it. Over a week ago my 2006 4.0 V6Tacoma 4X4 left me stranded on the side of the highway over night in a thunder storm. That was after I submerged it in water above my doorsills Flooding the cab.
It hasn't ran till today, and it ran very rough and wouldn't go over 3,000 RPM or idle.
I'm thinking new plugs to start. Is there a fuse, can I check the ignition coil?

    Any help would be great.

I got new plugs today. I'm going tomove the coils around to see if the miss fire follows the coil orstays at the cylinder. Not familiar with the crank trigger.

The reason for my codes was no compression do to warped heads and valve seats. That was due to my truck overheating.

Ah, the truck overheating thing...seriously, you must have run the truck totally dry of water for that to happen, idiot lights and bells should have been firing off in the cabin way before it reached lava stage...big bummer, big repair bill...

I feel for ya, no matter what caused the problem....I think this may have happened a time or three in my almost 50 years of playing with vehicles...when you do get her fixed, maybe a real temp gauge addon might be the ticket...

    Good luck...
