TSBs do not apply to every vehicle.
    They are not recalls.
Looking for TSBs and going to the dealer to have them done is called "Hypochondria"... it's the same as going to the doctor when someone on the TV news says that H1N1 has been found in your city.

TSBs are not intended for customers. They are issued from engineering to dealer service departments indicating "If the customer complains about this specific problem, we believe that this is the proper way to repair that"

If your truck has no problems, don't worry about it.
If you do have a problem, take it in for warranty work. That is how TSBs are generated.
The '13s are likely too new for many common problems to have been reported and repaired and work through engineering for formal TSB issuance.

I get this on my 2013 DCLB Limited but haven't really felt it while driving. More so when I'm putting the car into reverse, there's a moment where it sounds like the truck is going to die out.

This. Sometimes you have to pay for info that isn't intended for the average consumer.

    none yet!
Now this right here ^^^ is a perfect response to my question, along with the link I got earlier, much appreciated as this gave me better light into the subject of how I should use tsbs if I am not experiencing problems, I shouldn't worry about it. Thanks again

    Bingo.

If you become aware of a TSB, it's a good idea to be "a little paranoid" about it if you are nearing the end of your warranty, but if you aren't encountering a problem, then it may not be an issue for you.
