    Yeah, I don't air down as much if any since I usually need all the clearance I can get around here and I hate waiting for the tires to air down and then air back up... haha If I was going to play in snow, sand or mud I will air down quite a bit though for a better ride and/or better traction and floatation.

    Huh, cool. I was actually wondering about this for the rare times I might encounter the need to air down in sandy areas and such on long trips on the other side of the Sierras. I was hoping I could get away with just a compressor under the hood (no ABS FTW) and no tank, but never looked into it because I'm just too busy doing other stuff, as usual.

    Yep! I run my ARB with no tank just fine. I chose not to get a tank at Btnewman's recommendation. He has a little 2.5-5gal tank (can't remember exactly what size) and it is basically empty after filling up just one of his tires.

    but at 800 for that i think id just buy and ARB and stick with the 8.4 diff FTW.
