BEST TOP

I just bought a used 2010 prerunner AC, had a Best Top canvas camper top on it. During transportation they took the top off of the truck and put it in the bed.

While driving it to me the top flew out of the bed and landed on the side of the road. It was placed back in the bed and never looked at.

When I pulled it out of the bed the metal was mostly twisted and bent, no use to me. (I was not going to use it anyway).

These are pictures of the canvas top, you can see there is some minor damage the worst is that strap of snaps ripped off. If I wanted to keep it I think it could be reattached without too much trouble.

I was wondering if there is any intrest in it or should I just toss it in the dumpster?

I hope you're getting a replacement or compensated... thats like a $500+ product that they trashed

 

My buddy is the manager at the dealership, he took care of me....

 

I will take it and pay shipping? Im sure I can fab up something to fix it at my shop

 

If you are just looking for the canvas the shipping will probably not be too bad, if you want the all of the bent metal it might be costly!

If i can make $50 from the sale (above the shipping), I will be happy.

What is bad are the rails that lay on top of the bed walls.

The white you see is all bird crap, not sure when that happened.

I do not think they can be fixed, but I sell medical equipment, maybe someone knows more than me......
