Any suggestions on how to prevent the passenger seat belt from flapping in the wind when the windows are down?

It's really nice that the rear seats have a built in plastic "clip" to hold them in place when not being used.

Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
Actually not a bad idea? Buckle it, and then pull it all the way out so it starts to retract without any give. This probably won't completely stop the flap, but my make the seat belt tighter.

I thought about buying one of the clips that keeps the back seatbelts from flapping on my doublecab for the front pass belt, but then I just turned the radio up instead :)

I've seen it suggested on here that you just put a thin piece of padded tape on the side panel right where the buckle contacts.

i put some sticky side velcro on the wall panel behind it so i don't hear it. did the same under the ignition switch so keys wouldn't bang.

I guess buckling it is the easiest and cheapest option.
