    LEER Shell with dome lights operated with 3 way switches, aux backup lights with relay and 3 position switch, modified wiring to compass/temp display and clock to include switch that disables dimming function (poor man's DRL solution), Scan Gauge 2

    I am still trying to figure out how to get a couple tabs to come out between the grille and bumper. I like the simple look of two lights on the bumper. Toyota made it difficult on the 2nd gens.:mad:

    I would choose down.. but I probably would place them at your lower valence .. might even be more steady there..

    I agree with everyone else, you should get a simple light bar, bull bar, or brush guard just to mount the lights.
    I just got this Big Country Grill Guard for the looks and to mount some lights. (No damage multiplier comments are necessary, we have something called insurance in Texas). There are plenty of cheap and quality light mounting options on ebay. Good Luck
