Towing w/ Bilstein 5100s 2012 TRD Taco DCLB

Do I use the supplied rubber bushing and washers or reuse the originals, the truck only has 5500kms so they are like new. No instructions came with the shocks. Also in the kit there are two silver ones and a dark washer which ones go where?
