    Fabtech 4 inch lift, tinted windows, diff drop, 33 inch MTZ tires on Raceline Raptor wheels, ELITE OFF-ROAD bumpers and sliders
    its optional but highly recommended if your going to be winching or pulling anything really hard. The stock mounts are pretty thin steel so the bracket just helps hold it together.

    Not in, but they'll fit against. I have 2nd gen fogs I got off a member that I am using. Have to rig it with a second L bracket, but it works. HomerTaco has a pic somewhere of his mounted up in the bumper. Here's how mine look from the front:
